What if I change my mind and wish to return an item I purchased?
You have the right to exchange any Tea Accessory that doesn’t suit you within 30 days of purchase, if the item is undamaged, in its original packaging and you have a receipt.
You will be offered a gift card or a product exchange in return.
Due to health and hygiene considerations, any tea leaves, tea bags or packaged teas cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
Please e-mail us on email@example.com and we will provide you with an address to return your item to.
What to do if I receive goods that are damaged?
The Tea Chest inspects all products carefully before they get dispatched from our warehouse. However, in case your goods arrive damaged, defective or not as per your order, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to log a claim for damaged/defective goods together with a photopgraph. We will then arrange to pick up the damaged goods and organize a replacement.
In case of missing items from your order, you must contact The Tea Chest immediately via e-mail to email@example.com or 021 424 5975. We will replace the missing product and cover the delivery charges for the new shipment.
